  4. Product Guarantee: Most items come with a 2-year guarantee. However, wear and tear, or damage from mishandling, isn’t covered. If you’re dealing with a product defect, BigBuy will repair, replace, or refund as per the law.
  5. Returns in Perfect Condition: BigBuy won’t take back products just because your customer changed their mind. If you choose to accept a return, you’ll need to handle it yourself.
  6. Process for Defective Product Returns: BigBuy provides a free return pick-up for defective items you’ve collected from your customers, but only if the total value reaches €90. The collection occurs every two months or extends up to six months if the amount isn’t reached.
  7. Refund Timing and Conditions: Refunds typically take a few weeks as BigBuy’s technical team checks every returned item. Be aware that refunds aren’t always 100%. They’ll discount the amount for items with signs of misuse, missing parts, or poor packaging. If your product isn’t faulty, BigBuy won’t refund it.

BigBuy’s extensive catalog spans categories from general merchandise to accessories sports and even premium brands.

To explore, visit the B2B Catalog section, where you can browse by category and choose items that align with your store’s niche.

Hence, you can now scroll down BigBuy products, analyze their prices and potential profits, and choose the best ones for you.

Step 5: Install and Configure the WooCommerce Plugin

To integrate BigBuy with WooCommerce, download and install the BigBuy WooCommerce Plugin on your site.

After installing, access BigBuy’s settings in your WooCommerce dashboard and, within the Synchronization tab, enter your API Key to enable the connection.

So, for maximum profitability, I advise you to choose the B2B Price and add a margin, typically between 30% and 50%, which can help.

Also, enable price rounding as well—adjusting prices like €28.37 to €59.99—to make them more appealing to customers.

Step 7: Start Product Synchronization

Once your categories and pricing are configured, initiate product synchronization by heading to the Synchronization Tab in BigBuy’s settings on WooCommerce and selecting Start Synchronization.

This will import products into your store according to your chosen categories. For instance, if you picked Baby Toys and Beauty Products, only items from these sections will sync, keeping your store catalog focused.

The sync process takes a few minutes, after which the products appear in your dropshipping store.

Once synchronization completes, I advise you to check each product listing for details like titles, descriptions, prices, and stock levels.

Also, to create a smooth shopping experience, configure shipping zones and tax rules. Although BigBuy handles the shipping, setting up your store’s zones is essential, especially for European customers.

Plus, since BigBuy doesn’t charge VAT for B2B orders within Europe, updating your tax settings ensures accurate pricing.
